In a typical rolling twelve-month period, I will design three or four houses, which may seem like a little amount if you ask some firms, and may seem like a lot to a few, but it's just the facts in my case over the last twenty-plus years of tracking. This company has a history of performance that I will maintain. Further, a duty to share that in order to serve best the past, current, and prospective clients, Vaccaro Architecture, Inc. will limit new residential clients as required to maintain the highest level of design and service to All clients. In 2026, I will design 3 new residential projects. This number will be updated annually or before.
